Cassie and Ben thought their family was complete after the birth of their third child, Kane Alexander. Three years later, they found out Cassie was pregnant once again.
But, this pregnancy was nothing like her other three. Due to overwhelming complications during her fifth month, Ben and Cassie went to Dr. Fields to make sure their baby was OK.

Dr. Fields gave them the wonderful news that their baby girl, Hannah Grace, was healthy and well. But, he also had to tell Cassie, she had been diagnosed with a life threatening disease...Leukemia.

Cassie and Ben will have to make some very important decisions on how to move forward in their lives and the life of their unborn daughter. Alice and Sara will be helping Cassie to deal with the hardest decision she has ever had to make. Old friends and family, as well as new ones will rally around her, as only family can.
