In this book, they offer a guide for resolving even the stickiest disputes. It’s pretty simple: They first break down the basic types of conflicts we tend to encounter in the world and then explain how the most common personality types react to them. Stressing that it’s neither good nor bad to be an Avoider, Competitor, Collaborator, Analyzer, or Accommodator, they offer suggestions for identifying what someone’s go-to response will be in tough situations. We especially appreciated the section explaining which types actually work best together. (It turns out Competitors and Avoiders pair nicely!)
