Innovative Models For Private Financing of Space Science Missions

In this paper we present innovative models and approaches for the private financing of space science missions that have succeeded in other government space sectors.


Government, space agencies and private businesses around the world are now scrambling to adapt to the “new normal.”  All parties must adapt or face the threat of irrelevance. The authors believe that new financing models can enable agencies and stakeholders to meet their project goals in these difficult economic times.
