Internet of Vehicles – Technologies and Services

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Internet of Vehicles, IOV 2016, held in Nadi, Fiji, in December 2016.
The 22 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 55 submissions. IOV 2016 is intended to play an important role for researchers and industry practitioners to exchange information regarding advancements in the state of art and practice of IOV architectures, protocols, services, and applications, as well as to identify emerging research topics and define the future directions of IOV.
