Kent v. Schweiker

Deborah Kent appeals from an order of the district court granting summary judgment for the Secretary of Health and Human Services in this action to review the Secretarys final determination denying appellants application for social security disability insurance benefits.Finding that the Secretarys ruling is not supported by substantial evidence, we will vacate and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
