Apostle Sicelo Richard Mpisekhaya is an Ordained Apostle and a Marriage Officer who has been called by God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached areas of South Africa, as well as beyond the borders of South Africa. He is the founder of the Rainbow Christian Church, which has 8 branches in South Africa. He holds a National Diploma in Forestry and a B. Tech Degree in Forestry from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He worked in the then Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a Principal Forestry Scientist for 18 years, then he resigned from government to pursue his full time calling as an Apostle.

Apostle Nolitha Monica Mpisekhaya is also an Ordained Apostle, married to Apostle Sicelo Richard Mpisekhaya, and is blessed with 2 children. She holds a National Diploma in Food Service Management from the Walter Sisulu University of Technology, a National Certificate in Community Development from Fort Hare University, a National Certificate in Household Food Security from UNISA and a Bachelor of Social Work Honours Degree from UNISA. She worked for the Department of Health for 22 years.

Apostles Sicelo and Nolitha Mpisekhaya have been married for 22 years and have been marriage counsellors for 20 years now. God has used them to restore marriages and provide pre-marital counselling. They are being used by God for deliverance, healing of the sick, prayer for childless couples who are then blessed with children, and for spiritual and social development break throughs. They have established projects which provide health and welfare services and skills development, focusing on the elderly, youth, women and people with disabilities.
