Room Zero The Next Guest

Jack Bennett escaped Room Zero. He thought leaving the hotel meant leaving its nightmare behind.

Then he checks into Meridian House.

At first, it seems like an ordinary hotel. But behind its polished reception desk and quiet corridors, Jack discovers a room that should not exist, records of guests who never checked out, and photographs that reveal more than anyone remembers.

When a missing woman's name surfaces in the hotel's records, Jack begins asking questions. Every answer draws him deeper into a mystery that reaches beyond Meridian House—and back toward the place he barely survived.

Some guests have been waiting for years. Others have not arrived yet. And someone behind the desk is expecting Jack.

To get out, he must uncover what connects the hotels and help the people trapped between them. But Meridian House has its own rules, and leaving may cost him more than staying.

Room Zero: The Next Guest is the second book in James Douglas's four-book Jack Bennett thriller series, a chilling tale of impossible rooms, missing lives, and secrets that follow you long after checkout.
