When direct action and official reaction conflict, Stony Man gets the job that's too sticky, political or impossible for government channels.

At the discretion of the President, this covert, action-ready commando force brings the fight to the enemy, doing the dangerous work of combating terror while keeping official hands clean–and innocent civilians safe. Iran is flexing its military muscle, kidnapping U.S. journalists and openly daring America to retaliate.
