State Tennessee v. Raymond Lee Hurley

JERRY SCOTT, JUDGE The appellant was convicted of robbery accomplished by the use of a deadly weapon and received a life sentence in the state penitentiary to be served consecutively to a prior sentence for a federal conviction. On appeal he has presented two issues. In the first he questions whether the trial Judge erred by overruling his motion that he be provided with funds to obtain a transcript of certain civil proceedings.
