State Utah v. Richard Perry

BILLINGS, Presiding Judge: Defendant Richard Perry appeals his convictions for one count of gross lewdness, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-702 (1990), and four counts of lewdness involving a child, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-9-702.5 (1990), class A misdemeanors. We affirm.
