Technologies and Innovation

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Technologies and Innovation, CITI  2023, held in Guayaquil, Ecuador, during November 13–16, 2023. 
The 20 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 51 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: Machine Learning; Natural Language Processing and Semantic Web; Computer vision; and Knowledge-based systems.
