Leaving Las Vegas . . .

Upon discovering the father she's been told was dead is, in fact, alive, thirteen-year-old Rayne Houston runs away, taking along her new friend, the Timinator. They hop a bus to Illinois and so begins their daddy quest.

Nicole Houston is frantic when she discovers Rayne is missing.
