She teaches him a clever little trick to boost his self-confidence and bring out the courage he needs to finally make friends! The embedded NLP technique will engage children’s imagination and become more and more powerful each time they play along.
Kids can join in with The Very Scary Monster in an NLP exercise based on the circle of excellence, a powerful tool to bring out positive states to help us get through challenging and unfamiliar situations. NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a highly effective self development therapy technique developed in the 70’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. The tools involved in NLP can help with many issues, from fears and phobias, to depression and negative habit removal.
