Zuzich v. Leyden Lignite Co‪.‬

In a workmens compensation case, Frances Tegel Zuzich, to whom we hereinafter refer as claimant, asserted that compensation was due her under "Workmens Compensation Act of Colorado" as the commonlaw widow and dependent of Mike Zuzich, who died as a result of injuries proximately caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
