I have never read any other book from any other sports, show business or political personality in my life.
And this is the second book by Arnold that I have purchased and read after Encyclopaedia of bodybuilding and they are both masterpiece in itself.

Excellent book for person who wants to improve in life
I never knew Arnold was such an intellect . Also I Loved this and feel he was an ordinary person like anyone and achieved great things by following everything he says in this book. Wonderful book , this is great to have Arnold read it for you in his voice.
