Easy to Digest and Learn From
I chose audio because I like to “read” while walking and gardening. And I found I still needed to reread while sitting with a journal for the interactive parts, however you will want to do this. It’s not ‘tasky’ and doesn’t feel like you’ve taken on a project or commitment. In fact it is so easy to digest the information with the language Sheleana uses, that the interaction portions feel effortless and simple as well - although they are still nourishing and make every relationship in your life feel clear for what they truely are to you. I am grateful this book came my way and will be keen to share it with my close family and friends for their benefit as well.
