I wish I had this book 2 years ago
This is a great little manual. Smart, concise and delivered with compassion. It feels a lot like getting a well needed talking to from a good friend or brother.
When I went through my break up 2 years ago I wish I had someone tell me all this stuff, and in such a straight forward way.
My only criticism is that Ferebee talks a bit too fast and flies through the sections at a rapid clip. I had to slow down the playback speed to be able to understand everything, which made him sound a bit stoned or something.
But all in all, a great manual, and a great tool for beating the break up blues and taking control of your life again!
