One of the best books I’ve “read”
Amazing account of an amazing life. This really opens the mind to what is possible and hammers home how to get it if you truely want it. Goggins discusses everything and then some extra. I listed to this at every opportunity, gym, car, elevator, toilet. Absolutely incredible!
