This book cements all the friendships in a way that leaves you feeling every inch of the spoken word!
It’s a true tribute to Finn and the men who tried valiantly to save him.
It’s the story of Kira and how much loss and tragedy she faced and how it shattered and shaped her.
We get to know Cooper the baby of blue team and learn that he too deals with a past that leaves him
Haunted, he hides his pain well. until he meets Kira who without knowing makes him see that they both living a life half lived…
This is a booked that leaves you emotionally wrecked as push comes to shove and emotions, pasts and feelings are exposed not just for Kira and Cooper but for Garrett. then we get another glimpse at silver team and know those stories are coming.
There is love, laughter angst, danger and redemption as the story unfolds.
Conversations between Zane and Kira and Garrett will leave you in awe and it’s feels like you’re right there. It’s these bonds that make Z Corps what it is….
Again Riley outdoes herself with depicting how Zane’s men and their families bring you into the fold, the humour, pranks, deep conversations and relationships are everything.

Superb narration
Loved it!!
Book five of the Blue Team series brings us the story of Cooper and Kira. I really enjoyed this story by Riley Edwards. I was intrigued to find out more from the first few pages.
From the beginning I loved the interactions between Cooper and Kira. Both characters have experienced loss and grief. I felt these emotions from Cooper and Kira as they gently forged a path to healing, which was beautifully written by Riley Edwards. Riley’s writing always makes me feel all the emotions and I love when a book does that.
Together, Kira’s strong will and determination, Cooper’s need to protect her made me fall in love with them.
Both Sebastian York and Janine Granda had me drawn in from the start. It was very easy to get lost in Cooper and Kira’s story. Loved it.
