it's hard to know . . .
it's hard to know whether the people giving the 4 or 5 star ratings are friends/family/publishers of this audiobook- but i must agree with those that suggest to PREVIEW it before buying.
While the content is great, it IS, after all, an AUDIObook... maybe someone else should have done the voiceover.

Removing Annoying Voiceovers at Start and End of Track
You can remove the annoying promo voiceovers from these tracks using iTunes.
First note the running times of when these voiceovers occur in the track.
Right-click the Audio book and choose Info. Options tabs
Change the Start & End times using the fields so the track excludes the voiceovers.
eg. If they are for 10 sec at the start & end of a 1hr 6min book then...
Start = 0:10.000 End = 1:05:50.000
It did it for me
I must admit that when I first saw this I wasn't quite sure if it would help me. I've always had trouble relaxing and "switching off" when I go to bed. The first night I listened to it I was able to relax and focus on what he was saying. By the second night I was falling asleep before it ended. Highly recommended and I'm now going to try his other publications
