It is NOT narrated by Simon Sinek
Great book, but it isn’t narrated by the author as advertised. Only the introduction is.
Feels more like a seminar
This books feels more like a guide on how to run a seminar rather. It still does touch on the value of exploring the “why” and does provide some clear frameworks to adhere to, but it’s all from the point of view of how to run one of these sessions with either a friend, or your own business.
At times it even feels more like a sales pitch than it does about education and development.
A good concept, which is definitely useful for businesses to practice, but the way it was written was ultimately of very little personal value.
