How Not to Diet by Dr Michael Greger

Loved this audio book - I could hear it perfectly well. So much great information - I’m listening to it for the second time. Great to listen to when I go out for my run in the morning, when I’m getting ready to go out, cleaning around the house or commuting to work. I’m learning so much about food!!!

Voice over best for wrestling arena!?

I’ll download the book and read it myself sure... but the ill paced and over enthusiastic voice over is way too much to handle for me, I found myself focusing on HOW he was saying words instead of WHAT he was saying.. which meant I had to listen again.... ironic.

Impossible to listen to

This is almost inaudible. The author is the person reading the book. He cannot read and needs to be trained. I was looking forward to listening to this book but his delivery is terrible.
