This delightfully silly rom-com is a fizzy blast of pure, goofy fun. Kate Sweet is New York City’s hot new event planner, but she’s itching to do more than weddings. So when her book-publisher BFF asks her to set up the Halloween launch of the new book by horror superstar Drake Matthews, Kate thinks it could be her breakthrough. What she isn’t expecting is that Drake is more Ryan Gosling than Stephen King—and that she turns into a clumsy mess every time she sees him. Plus, Drake has a secret agenda of his own: He’s bored with horror, and meeting Kate makes him realize that he secretly wants to write romantic comedies!
