From being a bouncy castle operator and bingo caller during the summer holidays in my teens, to being a travel agent and finally an IT manager.

My career took a nosedive in 2001 and crashed in flames a few years later.

To get off the dole, I temporarily started to drive a taxi so I could still afford Alpen, mainly.

Since starting this job in 2005 - I have realized that I just love people!

This audiobook contains a collection of some of the funnier and often strange experiences I’ve had during this time.

Despite the title, it is not an instruction manual, though a few tips are included!
