Redemption
Layla … strong yet vulnerabile, hiding behind a mask that has been built from being alone and betrayed.
Kevin the man who saw through all the bravado and chipped at her tough exterior to reveal a woman who had built her life around a group of men,protected them and was willing to put her life in the line.
Kevin was Layla’s rock her backbone and her saviour in not only the physical but also the emotional. He truly allows her to be who she needs to be but also stands his ground when needed. Layla was no wilting flower she fights like the devil fo those she loves and this was evident in a particular part of the story.., that will leave you heaving with fear, emotion and angst!! She goes toe to toe with Zane but they form such a beautiful relationship that is so uplifting and uniquely theirs.
This is a journey that interweaves and intertwines allowing us to gain a better understanding of Garret and all his secrets.
Another group of men to get to know and love ….and Kiera whom keeps everyone on their toes…but has a past that is heart wrenching.
Riley takes us on a journey of redemption, self discovery, adventure, angst, fear and trepidation but at the same time uses humour, laughter and strength to show us what what we can accomplish with “family “at our six!!

I was impressed at how quickly I was drawn in to this book. I was definitely intrigued from the start. Couldn’t wait to see where this book would take me.
I loved the humour and flirty banter between Kevin and Layla as they wade their way through the lies and secrets.
Both Kevin and Layla are fearless, loyal and protective of their respective teams and are determined not to fail. Can Layla convince Kevin and Z Corps on board with this latest operation?
Janine Granda and Sebastian York’s performances complimented each other brilliantly. They had me captivated from the beginning.
Thank you Riley for another gripping story.
