Very disappointed, to the point of feeling ripped off
Having read the book, I excepting each session prior to built into the next weeks session, so total medication to be no longer than 30-40 minutes (as the book says!!). These recording required you to listen to each session every day so in week 4 I have to listen to all recordings which is 2-3 hours of meditation!! No-one has time for that. Not not buy this, it’s a waste of your money.
