Rock Solid
I've always been skeptical of many of the self-proclaimed 'music industry' help guides. As a working musician, many of the so-called industry guru's of the past have offered minimal - if any - help in the ever-changing face of the modern music business.
After a recommendation from a friend, I chose to purchase this book and I an honestly say it is spot on!
If I had have learned 14 years ago all of the valuable lessons this book had to offer, I would've have made some very different decisions.
No matter what stage you are in your career this book is the ONLY 'must-read' I have ever had the pleasure to discover.
Some of it will resonate from the get-go, some of it will shock you.
I never write reviews but I thought it the least I could do to endorse such an amazing work.
Don't let the title fool you, this is no American Amway-style hypefest. It is a black and white, no-holds-barred approach to financial success in the music industry no matter where in the world you happen to be.
It certainly helped this Aussie rocker.
