Baby Voice
I couldn’t take the saccharine conversations between mother and foetus. I refer both to writing and the horrible reading of these passages.
I expect that the plot is good, and I have no issue with the other writings and performances of the author and actor.
I did find the main character both stupid and sanctimonious, and the part of book I read would definitely benefit from some good editing and cutting. I didn’t, however, listen to the whole performance, so my criticism is limited to the small part I read.
Terrible characters, predictable
Well there’s a few hours of my life I’ll never get back. Loved the housemaid series, but this book is awful!
