In the legal world, everyone knows my last name. So when Declan Shaw—the hottest, most ruthless, and sought-after litigator in the state—comes in to mentor my class’s mock trial, I decide not to reveal that piece of personal information. I want a one-on-one with him like I’m any other law student, especially when we go out to celebrate after class. But the one-on-one ends with us in the alley behind the bar. With us stripping off our clothes. With me screaming his name. It’s desperate-to-have-you, no-holds-barred, downright filthy sex. And then, he ghosts me, like a complete alphahole. But a few weeks later, when I walk into The Dalton Group—my family’s law firm—where I’m starting my internship, my new boss is waiting for me. And it's the man I despise—the man I can still taste in my fantasies—Declan Shaw.

Great Story and Great Narration
I love this series and Hannah Dalton and Declan Shawn’s story is the perfect addition to The Dalton Family. This is an enemies to lovers story that captivated me from the first few pages and didn’t let me go until I had read the final line.
Savannah Peachwood and Lee Samuels did a wonderful job bring the characters and their story to life. They were spot on with the emotions and the sarcastic banter and very easy to listen to.
Hannah meets Dalton when he into her class to mentor the final year students, having the most famous surname in the legal world she decides to not tell him who she is. The attraction is instant and the chemistry is off the charts so what harm can a night of passion cause……..
Problem is when Hannah walks into her family law firm to start her internship it’s Declan who is her new mentor and boss. So can the strong minded and strong willed Hannah hold her own with the man intent on making her miserable and more importantly what happens when Declan realises he has finally met his match….one cluck to find out.
This is an entertaining read with wonderful characters, I loved watching the push and pull dynamics of every day life for Hannah and Declan and I loved watched their relationship go from lovers to enemies and back to lovers again. This is a story that has something for everyone and I highly recommend you one click this gem of a read.
Steamy and entertaining
Book four in The Dalton Brothers series and was a fabulous addition to the series. This is Hannah Dalton and Declan Shaw’s story. The Intern is an enemies to lovers story that ticked all the boxes for me; the characters were easy to relate to and I really liked them.
The Dalton name is well known in the legal world so when Declan turns up to be a mentor for her class, Hannah withholds her last name. From the moment they met the sparks flew and the chemistry between them is intense, making it impossible to ignore.
After a night of passion, Declan walks away and image Hannah’s shock when she arrives at the family law firm to begin her internship, only to learn that Declan is her new boss. Hannah could easily hold her own and she gave as good as she got which made for an entertaining read. The push and pull dynamic of their relationship was fun to read and I loved the journey and growth of these characters as their story progressed.
Narrated by Savannah Peachwood and Lee Samuels and they did a wonderful job with their performances. Their voices are easy to listen to and brought all the passion, drama and witty banter to life for me. They did the characters and the fabulous story that Ms. Mann wrote justice.
The Intern was well written, passionate with characters whose story you cannot help but quickly become invested in.
