Can’t wait for the next one
One of the best books i’ve had the please of reading/listening to for a while, TEH does a brilliant job of making Jonathan feel like a real person and a badass really believably. Putting Tibbs’s weakness’s in a prominent place for most of the book adds a real sense of humanity in my opinion. The world and other characters also supplement the realism, and the sub-plots (yes, plural) weave seamlessly into the main plot granting a great awareness of how well written the book is. Great job Mr Hodges I can’t wait for the sequel and I’m greatly awaiting an expansion to the ending of the first book. And kudos to the reader/narrator in the audiobook loved how you made the characters sound ( his name escapes me at the moment). 10/10
