A fun romance
I had this audio book on to fall to sleep to. The characters are a little tropey, especially the lead character. She’s the stereotypical SJM cut out, but if that’s your go to then this is a wonderful choice. The story lacks an over arching plot and focuses mostly on the interactions between the love interests. Personally it does what it’s meant to do, which is entertain. So three starts for you.
Stick to the hard copy.
Apologies to the reader, but this one is difficult to listen to. Is it read by AI? The tone changes and is hard to follow. Sometimes she is animated but mainly robotic.
