The problem is this book!
Too generalised and so it's no wonder I could relates to it, in fact I couldn't think of anyone who couldn't. After listening to this a couple times I felt really down and helpless and I feel like all it did was highlight self destructive characteristics with never actually giving any worthwhile, solid advice on how to change. I have since listened to "Being positive and staying positive" and am finding it to be far more helpful.
Dragged on negatively
Such a great book, everyone needs to know this book.
