Insightful & Brilliant - if you can get passed the disturbing representation of feminine emotions.
This is a brilliant & insightful course and I enjoyed most of it immensely. I love Alison’s books!
My only criticism of this audio/workshop is that some of the examples of women’s behaviour (e.g. squeaking / sobbing / wailing / ranting) towards the end of the presentation was way over the top and I found it cringy & demeaning. I would love to play this to my husband - but I’m not sure he will take the message seriously with all that stressful theatrical hysteria.
