Breaking the rules set by the repressive Fifties and making new ones, the residents of the house at 19th and University shed the heritage of the past and take the ideals and indulgences of the times as their own. 


This story, woven into the lifestyles, philosophy, fashions and historical moments of 1968, features Jack, Jen, Michael A., Taj and Natasha who see their lives as a way to bring the world to a greater tolerance and environmental consciousness. Music and laughter fueled their efforts for social justice. Men and women ripe with youth, emboldened with the idealism of post-World War II prosperity, and ready to take their political activism to the streets.
