Cashing in rather than helping

The introduction was clearly cut and pasted from a non-vegan book, contains references to foods that a vegan wouldn’t it.
The recipes list ‘vegan’ eggs and cheese with no advice as to the source.
I am sceptical of the nutrient analysis.
