365 Landscapes

In 2014 Welsh Landscape Artist Louise Collis had the idea to paint a landscape outdoors everyday for one year - whatever the weather.

This full colour book documents the project, showing all 365 plein air paintings, photographs of Louise working on the project and snippets of diary extracts during the year. Louise covered many areas of the UK in her project, travelling to Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Scotland as well as a large coverage of her favourite places to paint in the Welsh Valleys, Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons between July 2014 and July 2015.. Louise paints in an impressionist colourful style capturing the life in the landscape.
