A History of Wexford County, Michigan was originally published in 1903. Although long out of print it has become a treasure trove for genealogists. In addition to the Wexford County history, in its pages you'll find biographies of over 200 early settlers of Wexford County. In most cases, these biographies include date and place of birth, parents names, date and place of marriage, the names of their children, and information about their occupations and community involvement. When first published, History of Wexford County, Michigan about 40% of the book was biographies of national figures. Since that information is readily available from other sources, it has been left out of this edition.
