Enjoyable murder mystery
I loved the setting of this book - not only its location, but also the time period. It was fascinating to get an insight into the lives of women in 1920’s India. The murder itself started very slowly, but picked up pace about half way through and I really enjoyed how it unfolded. The most enjoyable part of this book for me was the story of her marriage. That really drew me in and I would have very happily read a book that was purely about her time with Cyrus. Enjoyable read
