A Spiral of Being

Being who we truly are is the key to authenticity.

A Spiral of Being reveals the personal journey of the author to find out who she truly is - a journey that is taken consciously or subconsciously by all people. It is a deep search for authenticity and meaning.

Throughout the book the reader is taken beyond the surface of things to the depths of his or her being to the interconnectedness of all living things.

A Spiral of Being takes readers, through poetry, into new thoughts, new perspectives, stimulating questions and refreshing approaches to the challenges of life and the joy of being alive and thereby inspiring their own search for answers to these universal questions.
