A Study in Friendship

Art of Family Living is a faith-based curriculum featuring works of art from Grand Rapids Art Museum. Underwritten by Gatherings of Hope and authored by Delia Martin Venema, this series of digital books was originally conceived to engage families participating in a local leadership initiative. Over the course of a memorable pilot year, these uniquely conceived resources prepared families for conversations in the museum’s galleries and art-making activities in the education studio.


With this broader public release, we invite new audiences interested in a Christian perspective to explore learning, discovery and growth through the Art of Family Living series.
