A simple scan of this classic tutor book which, despite the excellent content, is disappointing as an ebook. This is due to the lack of CD which is now included with the current print version - it would be great to have multimedia content in this book. Also, the typeface and layout are original, making it difficult to read and very dated on iPad or iPhone. Still worth it, but only to complement the print version.
