All Good Deeds
As a foster carer this book hits home with the amount of children and young people who have been hurt in all the possible ways that can happen, I've met. Also as a carer not having any degrees in psychology know I cannot ever counsel these young people but I can still listen, if they choose to speak. I can understand the feeling of wanting to hurt these bad people back. I also know that it's not the right thing to do. But I understand the feeling.
All Good Deeds
Couldn't put this one down until the last page. A damaged heroine who nevertheless gets the reader onside. As a teacher suffering PTSD because of the too many harrowing stories of abuse, and the subsequent failing of the system to deal with the offenders I fully understand Lucy and her motivation.
