Vampire hunter Elena Deveraux knows she's the best - but she doesn't know if she's good enough for this job. Hired by the dangerously beautiful Archangel Raphael, a being so lethal that no mortal wants his attention, only one thing is clear - failure is not an option ... even if the task she's been set is impossible.
Because this time, it's not a wayward vamp she has to track. It's an archangel gone bad.
The job will put Elena in the midst of a killing spree like no other ... and pull her to the razor's edge of passion. Even if the hunt doesn't destroy her, succumbing to Raphael's seductive touch just may. Because when archangels play, mortals break ...
Just as good as Christopher Pike, such amazing language and a plot that demands the readers interest every step of the way. It has suspense as a crime story, action, perfect romance, and a kinky touch that makes it impossible to put this book down.
Every paragraph, every chapter is perfectly timed. The emotion, the language, every word gives the reader a perfect vision of the world in which the book describes.
I fell in love with this book with my whole soul, this book is truly a readers treasure.
11/10 rating, nothing less.
O to the M to the G
Love it, I had a funny feeling that might happen but arghhh I’m so happy I took a chance on this book. I’m in love with both Elena and Raphael.
Bored to tears
I thought with 4.5 stars, how bad can it bad?
Angels’ Blood bored me to tears. The author keeps beating you on the head about how powerful and sexy the male is, and how the female protagonist yearns yet resists him. Half way through the book and we have not made any progress. Get on with it! I am going to read 4 more chapters. If still nothing happens, I want my money back!
