Publisher Description

This is a darling little picture book introducing young students to the meaning and history of Architecture and how it pertains to their own surroundings.  Examples of architectural icons and styles from other lands are introduced and compared to structures in Little Rock, Arkansas and other parts of the United States. The book contains a short film by the same name and features much of the same content.  The film is narrated by George Wittenberg, AIA, well -known architect in Little Rock, Arkansas.  His post card art is also featured.  The book is written in poetry form and contains lesson plans for vocabulary.
