Ask the River

With death taking a break, DCI Thurstan Baddeley, with nothing to do and too much time to do it in, agrees to delve into a 'something or nothing' job for one of his team. What seemed like a good idea at the time is gradually shoved on the back burner as 'normality' returns to the streets of Liverpool and the jobs start to stack up but it's not long before Thurstan suspects he has another problem; the return of an assassin.
