From Wall Street Journal Best Selling Author, Willow Winters comes a steamy, second chance romance.
One man loved me when I didn’t even like myself. The town whispered that we were star crossed lovers… among other things. He was my first love, but so out of reach with where fate had taken me.
With a little girl to look after and a past I wished I didn’t have, things were never going to be easy when it came to my life in this small town. Let alone my love life.
At least that’s what I thought until he showed up. A former flame who still ignited a part of me I thought had long gone.
As if life wasn’t complicated enough.
Two men want me, two men kissed me… and my heart is split between them both.
Autumn Night Whiskey is book 2 of a contemporary romance duet. Tequila Rose must be read first.
I freely admit that I do not usually read stories with love triangles. It is a genre I usually shy away from but after having read Tequila Rose which must be read before you read Autumn Night Whiskey I knew what I was in for. This book picks up where the previous book ends and I was interested to see what Ms.Winters had in store for these characters.
There were times when I was frustrated with the characters, particularly Magnolia and some of the decisions made I struggled with. This is an emotional story that really tugged at my heart strings.
We always knew that she would only chose one man and it was heartbreaking at times as all three struggled with the journey that they travelled. Little Bridget is so cute and I know that Magnolia was focused on what was the right thing to do for her daughter.
Autumn Night whiskey is a story of angst, heartbreak, love, friendship, regret and brought me to tears on occasion. It is well written and I found myself drawn in to the story that Willow Winters wove.
