A very special read
Bad Boy’s Downfall is book six in the Tennessee Thunderbolts Series and River Payton and Lola (Lol) Daire’s friends to lovers journey is the perfect addition to this wonderful series. River and Lol realise very quickly that they want to be more than just friends but her father Brawler is River’s teammate and that should mean a line has been drawn. But we can’t always control our heart and sometimes we have to do what’s right for us, so what happens when this couple move from friends to lovers……one click to find out. This journey drew me in and didn’t let me go, I adored the characters but it was this emotional and sometimes raw journey that made this a very special read. You know you are reading something very special when the characters and their story stay with you long after the final word has been read and that’s exactly what I felt with Bad Boy’s Downfall. Can’t wait to see what’s coming next in this wonderful series.
Wonderful read
Book six in Gina Azzi’s Tennessee Thunderbolts series and it was a great addition to the series. This is River Patton and Lola (Lol) Daire’s story, it was an emotional story as both characters finally got the happiness that they deserve.
I was riveted to this story from the first to the last chapter. It was well written with characters whose story you cannot help but become invested in and was an entertaining and wonderful read.
I loved their journey as they moved from friends to lovers. Their journey was emotional and had it’s challenges but what a journey it was. It was further complicated by the fact that Lola’s father is Brawler who also happens to be River’s teammate.
Bad Boy’s Downfall was a raw, realistic story that was both heartbreaking and heart warming as they came to terms with the past. I didn’t want to start this book knowing that it was the last in this series but I am excited to see what Ms. Azzi releases next.
