A massive power cut hits London and Jack Sanderson is called unexpectedly to a COBRA meeting. There the Prime Minister tells the Committee about a warning she has received that climate activists will close down the national electricity grid – unless she starts taking steps within the next two weeks to reverse climate change. Soon though, he’s desperately trying to prove blackmail, murder and cyber terrorism by a rich businessman with Russian connections. Can he do it in time to prevent another major power outage?
