Uplifting content in sub-par book.
I’m glad to have learned of Joe Dispenzas ideas, however, he’s not a good author.
This book could have easily been a quarter of the size.
It was VERY repetitive and fluffed out. It was like reading an essay written by someone who didn’t have enough content to reach the required word count. I recommend skimming through until you get to the meditation practicals.
The concept is still good, although it’s been exaggerated to draw in buyers.
