The bro code is clear: Don't chase your best friend's girl.  

It doesn't say what to do when you fall for her anyway.

I've wanted Charlotte "Charlie" Bauer from the first day I saw her on my best friend's arm. I smiled like it didn't gut me, followed the code like we were trapped in a cheesy 80s love song, kept my distance, and took more ice-cold showers than any man deserves.

Now she's my best friend's ex, she's single, and I'm out of excuses. I'm in desperate need of a fake girlfriend to parade in front of my sponsors and prove I've retired my bad-boy stock car image.
